Great place to stay at the heart of the Oxford.

Great host fast response time.

Me and my family had an excellent time at Richard's place. It was very clean, roomy and cozy. I was actually in town for a business trip, so the calm surrounding gave me an excellent opportunity to relax after hours. The location and view are definitely one of the many major bonusses. Everything in walking distance, yet away from all the touristy hustle and bustle. And Richard is an excellent host being very friendly, accessible and accommodating our personal needs. If I ever came back to Oxford, I would stay here again - no questions asked. Highly recommended, look no further!

Richard's flat on Folly Bridge Court worked out well for my son and I for eight weeks in Oxford. The central location meant it was a one block walk to the cornershop and two blocks into town. We liked the one hour walks up or down the Thames path. We slept with the balcony doors open and the neighbors were quiet. The host was welcoming and responsive. The double bed in one bedroom and twin bed in the other were comfortable for sleeping. The TV had BBC and ITV on Freeview. A few mornings the geese woke us up, but we enjoyed the bird life in the courtyard and the sunset views. Overall, this is a great home base for exploring the city centre because you can walk everywhere. We enjoyed taking the X1 bus on Speedwell one mile to the railway station for day trips. I like to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed. The internet worked great for Zoom calls. I liked renting from someone who cares about their place. The bookshelf with books about trains made me feel right at home.

Wonderful experience staying in Richard’s flat for 3+ months. The location was perfect for me. The apartment was very comfortable. Richard was helpful, not only with questions about the apartment but also with questions about living in Oxford overall. A terrific experience!
