Great stay and love the location.

Zero complaints, very nice home, furnishings and neighborhood. Probably one of the nicest in Bakersfield.

Our stay at this property was ultimately mixed. The house is in a great location and the interior spaces are comfortable.

​However, our arrival was disappointing. The exterior areas were neglected, the backyard was unusable, and there were large spiders and heavy cobwebs around the exterior, garage, and even a few inside. We also immediately encountered functional problems: a leaking dishwasher and an inaccessible garage that both required repairs. Furthermore, while the general interior was tidy, the floors had not been mopped thoroughly, which was inconvenient for us with a baby.

​It was frustrating to spend our first week coordinating exterior cleaning and repairs for issues that should have been resolved before our stay.

​The upside is that the host was attentive and responsive. They quickly arranged for cleaning, pest control, and the necessary repairs to be completed.
