This was a magical first flight for me and my wife - smooth, well-organized, and truly unforgettable. Everything ran like clockwork, and the crew was professional and friendly. We flew on the edge of the group, which gave us a stunning panoramic view of all the other balloons - a beautiful perspective. Even being apart from the crowd felt special and dreamlike. Highly recommended!

This is truly a once in a lifetime experience and I am so grateful my family and I had the opportunity to experience it. With that being said given how special this moment was, I was quite disappointed when we arrived late to the grounds ready to get on the balloon. Our driver had picked up all the passengers and on the way to the fields pulled over without saying anything and we were idle for about 15 minutes watching as the sunrise was beginning. Once he got back into the car there was no word about why we were waiting for so long. By the time we had gotten there nearly every single other hot air balloon was already in the sky while ours had not yet even started being inflated and the sunrise was happening throughout all of this missing peak time. There was no apology for the delay or communication from the team. The driver was also rude and not accommodating to drop us off at the door of our hotel to allow my father who has a bad hip to not walk up the hill leading to our hotel.

Definitely a unique experience—I was expecting a bit more thrill, but it turned out more chill than I thought. The captain, though, totally made up for it—super helpful and downright hilarious. Worth checking out!
