Chelsea is an amazing chef and a lovely host. For the omakase experience she welcomes you into her kitchen studio, so many beautiful details! Each dish that was served was made with intention and tasted deliciousss. My fave dishes of the night were the most delicate ceviche in a citrus-habanero broth; and such succulent mushrooms, wild asparagus, and a salted sakura flower on a bed of coconut lentils. Truly recommend to book a dinner date here, especially if you want to get away from the bustle of restaurant culture.
