This was such an incredible experience! Davide was so lovely and friendly and so knowledgeable about the food and culture he explained to us about, and the host helped us to make incredible food (including lots to take home!) and teach us about their way of life. We were really made to feel part of the family and had a really unique experience – one of the best trips I have ever been on during a holiday!

We had such a wonderful experience learning to make pasta with the amazing Leonarda. This truly is a totally unique experience unlike anything you would get in a more formal cookery school. Being welcomed into Leonarda's home and seeing how she cooks for her family and her community was fantastic. We were made so welcome and learned so much. We will definitely carry on making our own pasta and even trying some of the more difficult varieties.

The lunch was fantastic and her kindness was really touching. My husband was very impressed with the gifts of the pasta, cake and lemons that Leonarda sent back with us.

Davide is a wonderful guide. So knowledgeable and passionate about both the food, the region and the village. He is also great company during the whole day.

If you want to experience something totally unique and special then this is the cookery class for you. Altogether a wonderful and memorable experience for us both.

Genuinely can’t fault Davide’s professionalism as a guide. He was warm, knowledgeable and responsive. We loved our snorkelling experience and will certainly recommend to anyone we know who is planning a trip to the region.
