very rewarding experience to have in Japan! if you want to do an activity that is off the beaten path for a Tokyo trip, then I would highly recommend this soba-making class with Masumitsu-san :)

Macky-san is a wonderful host, very communicative! Gave an informative presentation on how soba is made. Both he and Harue-san together helped me make presentable soba noodles! The meal afterwards was delicious and very filling! He even walked me to a great spot to see Mt. Fuji and explain the cultural significance of it. Absolutely recommend the experience!
