Nathan was such a kind and patient host. When I had some struggles, he never made me feel rushed. He showed patience, helpfulness and kindness. It was also such beautiful scenery! Would recommend!

I had a truly unique one-on-one riding experience in Chamonix and recommend this outfit to everyone. I contacted Nathan before booking because I was a solo intermediate rider who had been off my bike for 6 months. I didn't want a beginner-level ride on fire roads, so I asked if they had a more advanced group, but not too advanced. Nathan set me up on a private ride with Eric, a retired World Cup mountain biker who pushed me to my riding and fitness limit and it was a blast. I rode a full-powered, full-suspension XC geo Cannondale emtb and Eric rode a lighter-weight trail geo Scott emtb, so we switched off during the ride to experience both styles. Spectacular views and a great mix of impossible climbs (for a normal bike), singletrack, switchbacks, and rooty downhills. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Nathan was very patient with us, as it was our first time cycling up mountains. Fell a couple times but still enjoyed ourselves very much.

Nathan was amazing and incredibly adaptable to our group’s capabilities. He was especially thoughtful and accommodating with my youngest son (8 years old) and my daughter (9 years old), making sure they felt included and comfortable throughout. We truly enjoyed our time during the tour.
