Visiting Giza, Saqqara, and Memphis with Sameh was one of the highlights of my trip to Egypt. From the very beginning, he made the history come alive with stories about the pyramids, the pharaohs, and how ancient kings once lived. I found myself learning so much while also enjoying every moment of the tour. Sameh has a real gift for making the past feel present, and I left with not just knowledge, but also a deeper appreciation for Egypt’s incredible heritage. Great tour and storytelling by Sameh!

So glad we got a guide for today. The best tour we’ve taken in Egypt! Great communication before the tour to set up a meeting point and answer any questions I had. Gave us options during the day to see what we wanted to see/spend the most time at. Gave detailed explanations about each site and the ancient and present cultural relevance. Gave us as much free time as we wanted at each site to explore and take pictures. Was great to have a guide as we didn’t get hassled by people selling their goods like other places we went to without a guide in Egypt. Also, there was a fire at a telecommunications building two days before our tour, which made many credit card machines go down for days, and he had extra Egyptian cash to help us find a way to pay for entrance tickets to the sites, as we only had USD and credit cards with us. Extremely helpful as many atms were down too!! Found us some delicious falafels for a midday snack! Would definitely recommend and would take another tour with him!
