Thank you for an excellent tour and the lunch was fresh and really tasty.

To be clear.. we were collected and returned right outside our Krakow accommodation. The vehicles and driver were great. Our guide for the tour was superb. I do recommend this company for the trip. The problem is the organization at Auschwitz itself. It has become geared to getting as many people through as possible, thus restricting tour time. There isn't enough time in Auschwitz 1, for reading the signage and more importantly for personal reflection on what you're seeing. Looking back, I might have preferred the 6 hour 'study' tour which may have to be booked direct.
I re-iterate though, that this company provided a superb 3.5hr tour with excellent transfers. Don't hesitate to use them if this is what you want.

The whole experience was well worth it. Expect to be flexible with pick-up timing since it can be adjusted based on what time the tours are available.

The whole team had great communication which made the experience great.
