Suresh who met me at the property was polite, very quick to respond and proactive to feedback. The food was simple but better than ordering from outside. Overall staff was courteous. Property though is a bit secluded and to enter you’ll need to move into a service lane which is basically a bumpy mud path. There was also no board with the name of the hotel at all. Instead big boards of a dental clinic which is housed on the ground floor of the hotel. When asked, I was informed that the hotel name board was damaged. This could have been informed earlier so the guest isn’t looking for a name that’s nowhere to be found and that too in a rather dimly lit area surrounded by under construction buildings.
