Our stay at Woodnote Cottage was absolutely wonderful-the kind of experience that stays with you long after you’ve left. The cottage itself is beautifully designed, warm, and full of character. Every corner feels thoughtfully put together. Our host Nandini was exceptional -warm, responsive, and genuinely caring.

If you’re looking for peace, beauty, and a touch of magic in nature, Woodnote Cottage is the place. We left relaxed, grateful, and already planning our next visit!

We stayed at Woodnote Cottage for 2 days and had a truly peaceful and refreshing experience. Nestled deep in nature, the place offers a calm and serene environment – perfect for anyone looking to disconnect and unwind. It’s easy to immerse yourself fully in the natural surroundings; the ambiance is tranquil, and you can genuinely feel the quiet embrace of the forest.
One thing to note: reaching the cottage involves a steep road and a 10-minute uphill walk, which adds a bit of thrill for younger visitors. However, older guests or those with mobility concerns should be prepared – it may require some confident driving to reach the cottage comfortably.
Overall, a great escape into nature. Would definitely recommend for couples or small groups looking for a peaceful retreat with a bit of adventure on the side.

For me, Nandini's place is like a heaven on earth. It was a once in a life time experience for our family. Nandini and staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. They always have a smile on their face that will light up your day. Nandini is organised & responsive and she took care of everything we needed.

So our train arrived at 3:30am at NJP and we went straight to Nandini's place. Nandini was so kind that she let us check-in so early. Even if the room was not ready & the staff were not yet arrived, Nandini put everything together within half an hour and was so kind & welcoming!

We definitely think it was a life-changing experience that we had at Nandini's place. She and the whole place is just a big hug to your soul!
