I've always been interested in learning more about the art of Korean gift wrapping, which incorporates beautiful and reusable fabrics rather than disposable paper gift wrap, and I was super excited by the opportunity to learn directly from Yoonyeong, the founder of the Korea Bojagi Art Association.

From the moment I stepped into the breathtaking hanok, I felt surrounded by extraordinary hospitality and beauty. I had so much fun learning about the architectural features of the hanok and the tradition and technique of bojagi! Yoonyeong prepared gorgeous fabrics for me to learn and was there every step of the way with patient guidance to teach me.

The tea tasting and tea snacks were a wonderful conclusion to a true cultural immersion and I left the experience feeling a deeper appreciation for Korean culture! I feel empowered to be much more sustainable in future gift wrapping! Thank you so much and I highly recommend this experience!
