Was good stay

I stayed for 1 month. Given the price, I got more than I expected. Surprisingly, both the home and neighborhood were safe. I met people of all nationalities and professional backgrounds, from those working in construction to even bankers. I was able to network and make friends whom I am still in contact with now. The cleaner is there almost daily, and at one point professional couch cleaning and pest cleaning was done. Host was always very responsive and any concerns or questions I had were addressed in a timely manner. Host is very friendly and fair as long as you are reasonable. For one washroom, the shower doesn't have warm water. I was OK with that as the cold water would give me an adrenaline boost and help me start my day more efficiently. I will be staying here again long term (1+ month) in the near future as it's cheap, friendly and safe. I had my own rental car to get downtown for my work. I spent very little money in Miami compared to others. I recommend this place to others

Todo fue de maravilla

First the host sent me a request last minute to go to another location due to the location I booked completely full. I get to the location and I felt extremely unsafe. The home didn't feel safe. Inside the home was piles of clothes on the living room and bathrooms floors; kitchen was in shambles, i couldn't find the host for about 10 minutes of asking other Airbnb residents how to check in. I couldn't sleep, people kept coming in the room back to back. I witnessed a drug deal, i left the property and the host called the police on those dealing drugs. The only good thing about this property was that the host transfered me to another locsted at 2 am...Where i had my own room plus refund. The host was okay but the location and condition of this hostel was repulsive and horrific.
