I travelled to Morocco for 16 days over my birthday with 3 girlfriends. I celebrated my actual birthday in Rabat at Oh Délices which was the best decision we made. Alia was kind and flexible helping to plan the perfect day and allowing us to adjust recipes. From the start, we were welcomed into a beautiful kitchen studio which was warm, open, yet professional and making me feel truly special and honored. We prepared a delicious pastilla, cooked zalouk (eggplant salad), and shared a beautiful Moroccan tea ceremony. Watching Dada prepare dishes with patience and knowledge while Fatima translated with warmth, grace and clarity, brought the experience to life. Each recipe held history, flavor, and heart. This was more than a cooking class—it was a soulful celebration of culture, food, and connection. The flavors were incredible, but it was the care and generosity of the women behind it all that made it truly extraordinary. Unforgettable and not to be missed! It made the trip!
