The “Behind the Scenes of an Iconic Gelato Factory” at Messinaville was way more than just gelato, we got to see every step of the process from start to finish, including the bakery, chocolate section, cake production, and even the testing lab. It was fascinating to see how everything connects behind the scenes in a real professional kitchen.

The host was passionate, welcoming, and explained everything with great detail. And of course, the tasting was delicious, every flavour was fresh, creative, and made with real care.
