Matthew was a very friendly and flexible host with great communication. Everything was as described. Location was excellent for skiing and exactly what I was looking for. Home was well clean and had anything you would need.

Nice experience in Cottonwood Heights. Great location to ski bus pick up and grocery store. I had to arrive a couple days earlier because my car was being transported and Matt was really helpful with this. I would definitely stay here again!

Matthew's place is a stone's throw to the two canyons (Big and Little Cottonwood), which is super convenient for my wife and me for our skiing trip.

The place is spacious, private and very clean. Matthew is very easy to communicate with and he made sure our mid-night check-in was smooth even though he was away that night.

Matthew was an outstanding host! He was quick to reply, incredibly professional, and very flexible when it came to check-in/check-out times as I was in the middle of a long road trip. The house is great, the space I rented was clean and quiet and had everything I could ever need. The location is awesome, especially if you are in the area for the mountains. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance, access to public transportation, and best of all it is in a very quiet neighborhood! I would highly recommend staying with Matthew if you're in Salt Lake City.
