The pictures do not do justice for this cozy house, it is much more spacious. We had a great stay. The house is perfect for a small family or a couple. The area is quite and friendly. Michael was quit to respond but also kept his distance when not needed. If I had any suggestions, it would be to have lawn chairs in the back yard but other than that it was great. We will be renting from him again!!

Great location that is walking distance to a very hip area of town. Loved the eclectic neighborhood. The house accommodated my family of four comfortably and it was a plus that I had access to a washer and dryer. The house could of been cleaner, possibly a rushed clean between guests. Overall a good stay.

This was a good home in a great neighborhood! There’s some general wear and tear around the home, but it was a good deal for the price.
