I selfishly don't want anyone else to know about this gem because I want to book it again!

Ashley goes above and beyond as a host, local expert and a genuinely kind and thoughtful person. I was in the area for a series of medical appointments and Ashley was supportive and helpful throughout my time in McKinney. I would not hesitate to book again, and recommend this prime location and studio to anyone looking to explore downtown Mckinney!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. We love this place. Great location. Close to old town McKinney square. Great restaurants and coffee shops. The studio apartment is very comfortable. Bright and cheerful. Lots of natural light. Very clean and well decorated/laid out. Ashley was very responsive and friendly. She took great care of us. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

This is a beautiful cozy place that made me feel at peace. Ashley was an amazing host. The location is in quiet neighborhood, walkable to downtown where you will find great restaurants. Very spacious and clean with a functional balcony. All the amenities you could ask for. Would definitely recommend.

Today, most people either give 5 stars or 1 star. I’m writing to say the 5-star for Ashley’s Tucker Place isn’t high enough. I stayed at several Airbnb’s in Dallas while traveling for work for over a year. I finally found Ashley’s Airbnb and stayed for 7 months until I bought a house in McKinney. The studio felt like home, was creatively decorated and had every amenity. I would walk to downtown McKinney and enjoy great restaurants and the beautiful Christmas lights. If I didn’t buy a house, I would still be at Ashley’s Tucker Place.
