The apartment location is excellent - very walkable to restaurants and to RPA hospital. The listing is correct about the noise travelling from upstairs - footsteps that sounded like children running started fairly early in the morning and voices and footsteps could be heard into the early evening - but we were out during the day so not sure if it continued through the day, and was not a bother at night. The bedroom and bed are both small, but the bed is quite comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom and shower were great! We managed to find a nearby on-street park that was unrestricted for our entire stay, which is a rare thing in this area, but if you can’t find one it would be difficult to manage parking during the day as there are 1 and 2 hour limits. Also be aware that there is a cycle path along Wilson St, and the cyclists travel very fast - look both ways before crossing it! All in all it was a nice stay and Angie and Al were very helpful.

Great location for attending Carriageworks. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We were a bit worried about parking as we brought our car, but Al kindly walked us around and showed us the free street parking spots, which we were lucky to use throughout the weekdays.
We were out all day, so the noise from upstairs didn’t bother us much. Surprisingly, the street was very quiet at night, which made for a pleasant stay.
