Great central location for what we were doing. Neighborhood was quiet and walkable. House was plenty big. Loved being pet friendly with great fenced in yard. Hardwood floors was nice to have. Beds were comfortable, needs room darkening shades or curtains though. convenient location to just about anything you want to do in the Appleton area.

My wife and I loved our weekend stay! Beautiful building and furnishings. The pinball machine was a blast!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed; dish soap, laundry detergent, towels, etc. In a great area and very walkable location right in downtown Neenah. Mark was a great, responsive, and prepares host with very detailed instructions for things like parking and trash. He even bought me ice cream for my stay. Would absolutely stay again!
