Hello I live in Manchester with my teenage sons. I am an educational psychologist and I work at the university of manchester. I have travelled all over the world but since having children I tend to go on holiday to our house in Ireland where lots of our family are from. Now the children are older I am keen to travel further with them, particularly to Spain where I worked as an English teacher.

My wife and I recently stayed with Catherine & her family. We were attending a conference in central Manchester and needed a place that was affordable and accessible. This definitely met our needs.
Catherine has been a friendly and hospitable host, and has made our stay comfortable and welcoming. It was lovely to also share the home with the family pets Mara ( the family dog) and Whiskers the cat.
If you’re in need of a friendly and hospitable place to stay on your next adventure, this is definitely a place to consider.
