Wonderful stay in Asheville with my college roommate ( 40 years) . Wonderful location- walk to everything Asheville... great space for both sleeping privacy and talking all nite on the sleeping porch. Morning coffee on front porch overlooking the city. Just perfect!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Gretchen's apartment is actually the entire upstairs of her beautiful old home. My husband and I stayed there overnight with our two grandsons, ages 9 and 6, and had a wonderful time. There was plenty of room to spread out, play games, read and enjoy the breakfast and snacks we brought with us. The beds are super comfy, the bathroom large and classic, and the plus is the sleeping porch for visiting and relaxing. I highly recommend booking this space and hope to return there in the future.

We had a comfortable stay. The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. Lots of thoughtful touches, amenities, and local tips. An easy walk to downtown.
