We had a lovely stay at this peaceful cottage. It’s set in beautiful, quiet surroundings, perfect for switching off and relaxing. We especially enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings, watching the comings and goings around the pond.

The nearby pub was unfortunately closed during our visit, but the next village has some lovely cafés, and since we mostly self-catered it wasn’t an issue at all. Overall, a really tranquil spot and a great base for exploring the area.

Wonderful base for seeing the surrounding areas. Such a peaceful setting to chill out with a glass of wine at the end of a busy day. We both enjoyed watching the birds on the pond and even managed to glimpse a Kingfisher.
