Had a group of friends out. Laura’s place is across the street from the beach, well maintained, and walkable into town. Couldn’t ask for anything more

My husband, myself, our 1 year old daughter and dog just recently stayed at Laura’s place. The location was amazing, the beach was a short walk across the street. It was also very close to downtown Montauk, walkable and a quick drive to town for shopping, restaurants etc.
As some others have stated the driveway is pretty narrow our car is a midsize SUV and the mirrors did hit the hedges (not a big deal but something to mention). Everything was as listed and the rooms were a good size. There was a fire pit and firewood for use which we didn’t end up using. The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach!
A couple negatives:
The couch had a noticeable smell and it was stained on one of the arms. There were a couple large holes in the yard which could be a major hazard if you aren’t paying attention. Also, the grill was old and rusty and definitely needs replacing.
Overall we had a great vacation and stay.

This was a great choice for folks traveling with pets. Location is great.

Great value for Montauk in an amazing location with direct beach access right across the road.
