I liked the location and will stay here again because of it. There may be some noise due to other day guests, but, they do have time limit for that. And it was a nice surprise that the room came with complimentary breakfast for 2 persons.

Raymond and his staff was hospitable and accommodating. He ensured we will be able to check in even it was really late. Staff was timid and quiet but nice. Early breakfast is served for free. We even asked to change on our 2nd day for preference and they agreed on the request with no additional cost. The place is good, clean, rustic feel but maintained.
We mostly have the place on our own, which I noticed same to other hotel/resort in the area.
With these places and their nice people, I think they deserve more tourists / visitors.
Rooms are not sound proof so not recommended for honeymooners. LoL
We get that weird look but harmless. Not sure if why so we stayed indoor most of the time and also because we are too tired going out to meet people around.
Language Barrier is very minimal issue sometimes to staff but not a big deal. communicable at the least.
Overall, I think I should stay longer and try all amenities sometimes. I will definitely recommend and come back.

Raymond's place is inside a very nice resort in Roxas. Very quiet during weekdays but can get crowded on weekends, although the cabana is separate from the main resort area but noise and loud music can be an issue on peak days. The listing is very accurate - space is good for 2 to 3 occupants. Water pressure was strong, water heater and airconditioning worked well. There is a resort restaurant a few steps away from the unit, a major convenience since the resort is far from the town center. Not much to do in Roxas, which is a sleepy town in Isabela. Overall, a fantastic stay that made a trip in the North more bearable.
