Area is nice, room was clean and matches their description. quiet place if you're a night sleeper, not so much around morning. Restroom has a window that is really hard to close off (area outside is a small neighborhood). No instructions on the complimentary WIFI details. Accommodation's staff were clearly not informed on my stay details. Had a few misunderstandings, it got resolved but still was a waste of time. If the place has an automated check-in staff or receptionist, then this place would be a perfect what you pay.

Needed a place to rest my head at night while visiting friends and family in Dipolog. Great value for money and everything I could have asked for. The negatives included - some of the towels had marks on them, the bathroom was leaking water on the floor - the bedsheet and pillow cases were plastic? or they felt like they were plastic. Like I said, I just needed somewhere to sleep from 9pm to 8am, if thats what you need then its a great place!!
