Very good location, which is easily walkable to local pubs serving reasonable pub grub.
The downstairs area is split into a lounge/ dining area and the kitchen through an open door way.
The upper floor is accessed via an open stairway, which wasn’t our favourite feature of the accommodation due to quite high steps.
The bed was comfortable enough, but furnishing minimal.
The bathroom was clean with both shower and a bath, but we had a small issue with the toilet flush, but this was not insurmountable.
The courtyard was fully enclosed, so we felt at ease letting our canine companion wander outside unattended.
Our dog was really happy with his first visit to Dartmoor and was well catered for with towels etc.
Zoe was very quick to respond to any messages, so we always felt she was available if needs be.
We did feel that an instruction manual would have been useful, but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.
