We had the honor to be the first Airbnb guests in this magic place and we recommend it for 150%. The house is beautiful villa with spectacular view to far away hills. There is coffee plantation around the house, so it is amazing for coffee lovers. You are just in the middle of the process and the coffee you drink in the house was planted just right there. Antonieta and Ray are amazing helpful people. Rey helped us very much the day we arrived by picking us up. We felt like with family.
Breakfast is delicious Gallo pinto with tasty cheese and fresh eggs just taken from the hans and fruit salad. In the land there are plenty banana trees, and you can eat them everyday. There are no shops nearby, so Antonieta offered us lunch and dinner for 15 dollars a day. Try her pizza, she is famous for it, and it is the best homemade pizza in Nicaragua. Also, Rey took us to MegaPali the day after our arrival so we got everything we needed there. In the kitchen there are all the culinary tools you can imagine and you are welcomed to cook there. The room we stayed has very comfortable big bed and view to the garden. I loved to just lye there and look into the green leaves and flowers after I woke up. If you enjoy bird watching you will love this place. There are hummingbirds coming to the flowers just next to the terrace, oropendola, woodpeckers, and many other little colorful birds. One bird has in love the bathroom window where he sees himself so he comes to knock on the glass, he is very cute.
