Pros:
+ Location, location, location -> literally 10m from the beach and restaurants
+ The host was very nice and understanding at check-in and check-out
+ Dishwashing machine
+ A lot of dishes and kitchen equipment available
+ The house is not very warm as there is no direct sun, perfect to cool down after a day at the beach


Cons:
- There are issues with big black cockroaches that get into the house during day and night, because the door cannot be closed properly. It's very disgusting and had a big negative impact on our stay. We found a couple of cockroaches every day and we returned from the beach. Advice: use spray on the entry door and the corners of the kitchen at least two times a day
- The house was not properly cleaned, there was dust and dead cockroaches under the couch in the living room
- Only a very small window in the bedroom
- The shower is very small for a 1.80m person and the glass protection cannot be closed properly
- you can loudly hear all the neighbords talking through the walls and furniture moving from upstairs, getting children to sleep is a bit difficult.
