Location is close to the Kuromon market back entrance, less than 5 mins walk. A bit far from the Namba station than I expected, 15 mins walk.
Biggest room available compared to others in the same area. Cleanliness is standard, floor carpet and sofa in the living room have sign of regular usages. Bed sheets are sparkling cleaned as expected. Overall we are happy, it was pleasant stay at Kyun’s. We would recommend to others with large family members.

- Pocket WiFi that you could take out and use outside.
- Separate shower/bathroom and toilet. Both are comfortable size for big person.
- Big apartment compared to the rest of regular apartment size in the area.
- Private entrance.
- Family Mart convenient store is right opposite the building.
- Lot of bed pillows.
- Safe and quiet area.


Con:
- Only elevator to access the room, no stairs. However, there is a small emergency exit attached to the main bedroom.
- No hangers or higher hook to hang clothes but there’s a rack for used towels and wet clothes.
- The bed mattress in second bedroom can feel the spring under while lying down.
- Thin upper floor. If there’re occupants, we could hear kids running around upstairs.
