Very well stocked kitchen for cooking and serving food. Also extra beach chairs if needed.

We enjoyed our time at the Green Roof. It was great to be on the ocean to watch Tropical Storm Debbie go up the coast. Our week wouldn't have been as much fun without the ability to access the beach in between the rain storms and even during them!

The cottage was very nice, decks had good seating, and the beds were all very comfortable. We would recommend updating the shower curtains and rugs in the bathrooms. They need attention. The 3rd floor main living space kitchen and dining table were well equipped and the double ovens were nice to have to feed 8 people. The sectional couch on the 3rd floor and other seating need to be replaced as they are less than comfortable and crowded for more than 4 persons. Keep in mind that 4 bedrooms require comfortable seating for 6 to 8 people. Those are our recommendations.
