We currently own a newly renovated building in the heart of the Mount Vernon Historical District. The building contains 5 luxury studio apts. Four of which are available for short term rentals. Traveling nurses are welcome. We also own and operate a gourmet Coffee shop located next door. All of our units are equipped with high end appliances, maple hard wood floor, granite counter tops and porcelain tiled bathrooms. Our building is in a great, safe location and apartments are nice and cozy.
