Positives: Convenient location just a few minutes walk to the beach. 3 bedrooms. Appliances relatively modern. Plenty of space. Balcony and yard.
Negatives: There were several moldy dishes in the dishwasher, some food left on one chair, and some trash in the backyard. The backyard has a lot of rusted equipment, a dilapidated shed and a lot of brush. Host did not respond to complaint about cleanliness.

Host proactively communicated check in /check out procedures. Cute home. Beds were comfortable & plenty of clean linens provided. House was clean but needs some attention to maintenance. Overall we enjoyed our trip and would rent with George again.

Nice house close to the beach, on a quiet street off the main road. Exterior was clean, nice patio and furniture. Good driveway and parking. Interior was mostly clean, beds were comfortable, good linens and towels. Could use some maintenance and a deeper cleaning. Living room sectional is badly torn and showing its age. House has a lot of potential and is a convenient stay on the central cape with lots of pluses.
