Josh and his partner were great on checking in and fairly responsive with any questions. That was until I found an eviction notice on my second day of a multiple month booking. Contacted them and they said we will look into that. Very odd they said. Heard nothing else even after inquiring a second time. Then on my 8.5th day was notified that unfortunately they could not resolve the issue and I had less than 36hrs to vacate. Then they graciously offered to refund me for my portion not used. That was kind of them. Maybe an actual refund of some sort would have been appreciated.
