Ben was extremely helpful. Due to floods, I was stuck inside for the last day of my stay. The situation was a bit precarious given there was no electricity for 24h and batteries were low. Ben ensured I had food and made sure I had someone to go to in case of emergency.
Lastly, I had a flight on the day of check-out and the area was still flooded. Ben arranged for a taxi boat to come pick me up and traveled with me to a taxi he hired for me. Ben was very helpful, even in this dire situation.

Trang and Ben’s place was fantastic! The apartment is very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and attractions. Trang and Ben are incredibly responsive and kind hosts, and their staff are also very friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better.
The only small downside is that the alley leading to the place is quite narrow and can be a little tricky to find at first. However, once you arrive, everything is great. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
