It was the perfect space for my family and crew . Plenty of space; absolutely loved this home. It was comfortable and we felt so at ease. Peaceful property and neighborhood. The host was very helpful and very responsive. Will definitely be booking here again.

Quiet location. Main Street with many shops and restaurants close by.

The host sends automated messages. I didn’t bother to contact them because they have to know the problems with this house. When we arrived at the house it smelled like someone left a dirty diaper somewhere. I assume they knew about the smell because all the ceiling fans were running. The pictures are not up to date. There is wear and tear inside and outside of the house. The soffit in the back/master bedroom area, some sort of critter got in during the night and woke us up. We were looking to see if it was just in the attic or in the room. We think it was a squirrel. It looks like they tried to cover the hole with cardboard but that isn’t a fix. Post it notes on a light fixture saying “doesn’t work” and ? on hallway opening with tape over the hole. Everything felt dingy. The listing says “newly renovated” I did not feel that to be true. If it was they did a poor job. I have never left a bad review but I must let future guests know. This place makes me rethink staying at AirBNB’s now.

The host was wonderful. Upon our arrival, the smoke detectors were beeping from old batteries. Host responded promptly and had batteries delivered right away and provided cookies as an extra gesture.

The house on the other hand, was not up our expectations, or what I would imagine typical expectations are. The listing said 4 bedrooms, but there were 3 plus a basement. Everything felt dingy. The rooms were VERY small and the beds were so high I was afraid of my kids falling out of bed and getting hurt, so we used a pullout couch instead. The bathrooms and kitchen were dated and worn down, the shower had broken tiles and rust stains. There were post it notes on light fixtures on the ceiling saying “doesn’t work” and “??” which I assumed must have been left by a prior guest. The deck was spacious, but had broken railing bars so it was not safe for kids. One of the covers for the vent was lost (later found under the couch when we used the pullout bed), so there was a large hole. Not great
