The apartment is cozy and seems to be part of a student dormitory building, which gives it a unique vibe. The neighborhood is lively and student-friendly, with plenty of cafés and restaurants around offering tasty and affordable food. I really enjoyed my stay here — it’s a great spot if you want to experience the local atmosphere.

Nice apartment to western standards with the essentials needed for a short or longer stay - plus a great view on the volcano. Lucia is very proactive, kind and with clear instructions for self check in. There is a bus stand and many shops in walking distance.

The only thing I personally found a bit disturbing as being sensitive to noise - especially in the beginning - is the “bing” of the elevator that is constantly ringing when someone uses it. And in morning and evening times when everyone is going out/coming home that can be a lot. Also, walls are not sound-proof, so depending who is next doors music, voices, or television can be heart.
