We absolutely loved our stay at the cozy cottage. It felt private, and it has a breathtaking view of Bog Lake. The sunsets are pure magic, and the sounds of the loons are captivating. The space has everything you need and nothing you don't. It's the perfect location to be in Maine's remote wilderness, and it's also a quick drive to the ocean. Thanks for hosting us!

Beautiful setting and convenient location for exploring northeastern Maine. Hosts were flexible with canoe rental delivery and responsive to questions. The lodging is a camp, but well equipped for a great stay!

My brother and I had a marvelous week. It was a great location to explore Downeast Maine when we weren’t floating and swimming in the beautiful lake. Eastport, Lubec, Machias, jasper beach, reversing falls. There is so much to see! We enjoyed eating and playing games on the deck overlooking the water. Very peaceful and quiet with amazing sunsets. Wonderful farm stand down the street was a bonus. Host responded promptly to any questions we had.
