Great location and well appointed home.

Livio's place is located in a very peaceful town where there are vineyards nearby. it's pretty near to major attractions like Florence, Pisa, Siena, etc with less than 1 hour drive.

The house has a full kitchen which we fully utilised to cook our dinner. oh a supermarket is nearby too if you're in need of something.

Highly recommended to all who are looking for a near but yet far away from major attractions accommodation.

Bel accueil courtois avec plongeon dans la culture italienne dès la réception. Très beau logement au style des somptueuse résidences de Toscane dans un environnement champêtre entouré de vignes et d'oliviers. Très beaux villages accessibles pour des visites ou des emplettes en emprutant des petites routes sinueuses typiques de la région du Chianti et de la Toscane. Hôte très attentif à nos besoins et préoccupations. Destination très recommandable nécessitant une voiture et facile à trouver avec un gps sinon en suivant les indications de l'hôte. Très beau et agréable séjour.

We spent two weeks at Livio's villa. It is a beautiful place, very well taken care of, nicely furnished, comfortable and with all the useful amenities for a family stay. Very clean, comfortable beds, in a quiet park, surrounded by large trees which provided a nice shade in the hot summer days. There is no AC, but we did not feel it was necessary, even with 35 degrees outside. Th walls are thick and keep a nice coolness. It is very conveniently situated, 25 km from Florence, little distance to most interesting places in Chianti region. We traveled a lot, every day and managed to visit most of the region within day trips. There is a supermarket 8 km away and a local store (fresh bread, good salami and other necessary items for breakfast and quick meals) within walking distance. Very nice restaurants in the area, reachble by car.
As a plus, a beautiful sunset view from the terrace of the park.
In few words, it was perfect for our family with two children.
