We’ve camped and stayed in many locations in Dorset, but this is something special. The Shepherd’s Hut is cosy and high quality. There are lots of tasteful and thoughtful touches. The location is stand out. Beautiful views, very peaceful and private. Pauline was most informative about local walks and restaurants. We had a great stay.

If you’re looking to immerse yourself in the peace & tranquility of the countryside, but still have your comforts to hand, then I highly recommend Pauline’s place.

Peaceful, cosy and with exquisite vistas into the Dorset countryside, Pauline has created the most beautiful shepherd's hut. It has everything you need for a totally relaxing escape, down to gorgeous bed linen, a full kitchen and a perfect selection of books and games. There were many highlights, including the restored cow byre and wildflower meadow, the hammock and fire pit. Pauline went out of her way to accommodate and suggest local food and walks. Highly recommended if you've ever wanted your own meadow! Many thanks Pauline :)
