Kathe and her late husband raised their daughters in the B&B Victorian rowhouse which now serves as a B&B. She happily frees up space for her eight grandchildren and their parents whenever possible.

2025. júniusPara vivir en un barrio céntrico de Boston sin duda vale la pena. El precio es ajustado a la realidad de la ciudad y te permite vivir en un barrio clásico y amigable. Cerca de todo y en una casa antigua pero cómoda. Necesitas subir escaleras para alojarte. Kathe está pendiente de que no te falte de nada. Es una anfitriona discreta y atenta.

2025. júniusI had a wonderful stay at this lovely place on Montgomery Street in Boston. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the beautiful Public Garden, Commonwealth Avenue, and the scenic Charles River. It was the perfect base for exploring the city, whether I was heading out for a stroll, grabbing coffee, or visiting local attractions.
The space itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. I especially appreciated the thoughtful details that made it feel comfortable and welcoming.
Kathe was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout my stay. She made everything incredibly easy, from check-in to local recommendations. Her hospitality really made the experience special.
I’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great stay in Boston.

2025. áprilisThe location is excellent—close to great restaurants, very walkable, and convenient for public transit. The apartment is small but cozy. There’s no desk, and the WiFi was spotty during Zoom calls, so not ideal for remote work.
Noise depends on your upstairs neighbor. I was woken twice around 3–4am by loud noises. When I raised this, the host said I was too sensitive to noise, and that the upstairs tenant was her regular. Thus she wanted to offer me suggestion handling it. Later, after I insisted she addressed the issue and moved the conversation from texting to airbnb, she claimed no one was there—suggesting either I imagined it or the place is haunted.
Communication was good at first, but I didn’t hear back during my last five days. Particularly, I asked for check-out instructions, but Kathe never responded, leaving me unsure what to do with trash.
Overall, a great location, but be prepared for possible gaslighting rather than problem-solving.
