I didnt actually get to stay here. Of course we are all dealing with covid 19. I could not travel this day due to shut down. I asked to change the reservation to after May because I’m a teacher and I know when school is in I wont be able to miss. They didn’t allow that either. So I asked could I just change the reservation name to someone else’s name that actually lived closer so they could go for a day so I wouldnt just lose my money & they didn’t allow that either. They were not considerate due to these unforeseen circumstances. I could not get a refund due to my debit card being stolen that’s why I wanted to just put it in someone else name. So basically they got a free night and free clean up fee because there was nothing to clean up due to me not going and them not caring about covid 19. If you ask me they are apart of the problem when it comes to spreading because they didn’t try to help reschedule my reservation and encouraged me to still come.

Very stylish but also functional and well equipped!

Although we had to cut our trip short and go home a day earlier, we really enjoyed our stay at Lyric! The unit was amazing, it felt brand new and super stylish! The location is perfect, it’s within walking distance to the French Quarter, but you can avoid the crowds and have some good night’s sleep. It felt like a home away from home, and we really loved the thoughtful touches such as the earplugs and white noise machine in the bedroom, the snacks in the kitchen and the quality products in the bathroom. We won’t hesitate to choose Lyric again for our next stay in New Orleans!
