Great location, very quiet which is excellent for such a huge complex, close to lots of restaurants, bars
, Southern Cross Station and Trams. Management Company Reps managing the apartment very responsive and helpful. Only 1 issue which should have been picked up long before I checked in was the very bad old oil smell coming from the range hood over stove. The range hood didn’t work and every time got back the place stunk of old oil. It was horrible. I reported it and maintenance attended on the Monday but could not fix so a bottle of wine was left. The smell remained as not cleaned for rest of stay. I believe a refund of some sort should have been offered/given as it must have been like that for some time. Old was also dripping onto stove top.
