Loved the location of the place. We were very walkable to everything we wanted to do or a short uber. Easy instructions to check in and out! The bed was comfy, glad there was a fan to keep us cool. AC would make a nice addition but it was cool at night so we were comfortable.

This was a perfect spot for our Santa Barbara vacation. The location cannot be better - it truly is an easy two-block walk directly to West Beach. Centrally located and close to restaurants, bars and shopping. The penthouse unit was peaceful and beautifully appointed. Having a parking spot on site was an extra perk that made things easy. Melanie was very responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed and a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Centrally located, allowing us to walk to most places. Would stay again.

The first thing we noticed at Melanie’s apartment was how fresh it smelled. It was very clean, neat and comfortably furnished. The bottle of sparkling wine was a welcoming touch. There were plenty of plush white linens. The kitchen had all the essentials. The memory foam mattress took a bit of getting used to but the cozy bedding made it easy to get comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic (which for my hair is important :-). The building is charming and located in a quiet residential area within a 10ish min walk to town. However, with the windows open you can faintly hear the freeway in the distance. Even so we were fine to sleep with the windows open. The garage is snug but our small SUV fit fine. Melanie was very responsive and addressed everything we needed.
