Andrea was a great host. The city decided to change the water pipes the day we were there unexpectedly and she was very responsive, called the city and made sure we were helped.

The place itself is just as described. Very clean, comfortable, and we felt right at home.

Inaccurate listing. The listing states "Entire townhouse in Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan", but it is a duplex with a tenant staying upstairs. The tenant also has full use of the driveway, so you have to park on the street. Something you find out just before the trip.

Since the floors are extremely squeaky anytime you or the tenant moves it echos through both apartments. This was disruptive to our sleep. Just walking around would wake anyone sleeping up. We live in a 100 year old house, so we are used to creaky floors, but and I can't overstate how noisy the floors are.

The door latch is also improperly set, so getting in and out requires two hands. One to hold the door closed and another to operate the lock. Not a huge deal, but honestly really inconvenient if you happen to be hold anything at all.

Finally, overall the house feels like one of those shitty rentals. There's painters tape that's painted over, random holes in the floor about the size of tennis ball.

We were very thankful for the accommodations close to our family in GrossePoint so that we could enjoy an extended stay to be near family and welcome a new grand baby!
Andrea’s home was charming, clean, and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities we needed. We appreciated clear instructions via text messages dealing with utility work in progress along the street.

The townhouse in Grosse Pointe Park was the perfect stay for our family of four! Andrea was a great communicator from the start, and everything—from finding the place to getting settled—was seamless. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. We loved the location—close to downtown Detroit, restaurants, and convenient highway access. Our favorite part was getting dinner at Coriander Kitchen & Farm—absolutely delicious and worth the trip! We'd happily stay here again.
