We absolutely loved our stay. The house was beautiful and we loved cooking in the kitchen. The tennis courts were a huge plus! Great local walks and the weather was great for us. We would definitely love to come, thank you for having us!

This was a lovely place to stay and the host was extremely friendly and helpful. The property is very quiet and peaceful with beautiful countryside. we had a lovely time.

We had another wonderful stay in Wreighburn Cottage. Such a cosy home in a beautiful surrounding, so peaceful yet so much to do. The children love all the open space, access to the river and of course the tennis courts! And it’s brilliant with a dog, so many lovely walks to be had and the cottage layout if perfect with a pup. A great space for a family to enjoy with so many wonderful things to do both in the village of Rothbury and further afield at the coast. Jackie is a fabulous host and leaves so many good recommendations for eatery’s and places to visits. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Lovely base for a busy week in Northumbria. Beautiful surroundings. Lots of 10km walks to drag the kids on. Tennis courts and table tennis a bonus and plenty of space for the kids to play football. Would definitely recommend.
