Amazing location and host. The Airbnb was fantastic and just as advertised. Highly recommend this place!

What a superb place to base yourself out of to explore Manhattan Beach and the wider L.A. area. So close to the beach and some great bars and restaurants and close to the airport too. We cycled up to Santa Monica, drove to explore downtown L.A.

The space is delightful. Charming, plenty of storage and amenities while also being squeaky clean. The courtyard is a cooled shared space, too.

The hosts are the cherry on top of the cake. Super friendly, helpful, communicative and gave great recommendations for places to eat and drink in the local area.

Hopefully we will be back soon to enjoy the space and Manhattan Beach!

Awesome place full of charm and perfect location for proximity to the beach and bars, restaurants and corner store. You can forget your car and just walk. Having a parking spot was incredibl helpful. We didn’t get to meet Kenneth because he was out of town but did meet Lawrence! Loved chatting with him, he made us feel right at home. Its a laid back partly communal space, plants, dogs, we never locked out door. I highly recommend this place!

Friendly and accommodating host made our week stay wonderful. This is a fantastic HUGE studio that didn't feel like a studio! Spacious living and dining areas, nice kitchen, comfortable king bed and large bathroom/shower--- that's hard to find at the beach! Garage parking was such a bonus. The beautifully landscaped patio was so enjoyable. Walkable to great restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. We loved the 20 minute walk on The Strand to downtown Manhattan Beach Pier. You must go to Rock'N Fish on Manhattan Beach Blvd for the best seafood ever....it was so good, we went back twice!
