Melissa was a very gracious and helpful host. The accommodations were very comfortable and worked well for me. I would be happy to stay here again.

Let me start by saying it all worked out fine. I couldn't give 5 stars due to issues with check-in. There was a mistake with the code we were given, and in all fairness to Melissa it was midnight when we arrived so getting a hold of her to fix it didn't work out. In the end, she both apologized and made the situation right. Everyone makes mistakes and the way Melissa handled it matters more than the mistake that was made: no excuses, she took responsibility and made it right. I can appreciate that and you should know it so that if something were to happen with your trip, you can be assured she'll take care of it.

Other than at midnight, communication was great and quick. The place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were here one night just to shower and sleep, so I cannot speak to amenities and the like, my daughter had soccer games to play, which is the only reason we were here.

Melissa's place was clean and peaceful i would recommend this place thanks for your hospitality.

Our second time staying with Melissa and always exceeds expectations! Very clean place and great amenities! Super cozy and very convenient being super close to the ViBe district and oceanfront!
