The bedroom and restroom are small,but great place to stay short. Kyle was very kind and he always answered my text quickly. The room was clean, but I saw small bugs a bit

Kyle was welcoming and nice!! Room was decent, as my boyfriend and I expected! The mini fridge was a bit dirty and the bed sheets had a strange BO smell. The bathroom was alright, the host, Kyle, occassionally used the toilet and did not flush (don’t know if he forgot) more than once. There were mini hairs (looked like pubic hair) that was left all over the floor near the shower, covered by the rug. The kitchen wasn’t very clean. Other than cleanliness issues, the listing is accurate, his communication was great, and the AC and mini fridge were very helpful. My boyfriend and I especially appreciated that after being out all day. Netflix was also a plus! His dog is very cute too. Recommend this for those on a budget, about 10-15 minutes driving distance from the Waikiki strip :)

Great guy! Tight room but super comfy

Kyle’s Place was in a perfect location for Waikiki and very affordable! He was super sweet and offered any help in regard to what to see and where to eat. The bed was extremely comfortable and the AC was perfect for the humid weather. We loved our stay!
