All was amazing, we will be back!

This part of the Crouch estuary is beautiful and there are great walks from the Barns through the vineyards down to the Crouch estuary and the sailing club. Fab on-site cafe with good food and friendy staff and if you use the gym you're overlooking a vineyard. The Barn compex is pretty and our barn was right on the vineyard which was lovely. All dog friendly.

The accomodation needs some work to bring it up to scratch. The Barn front was all glass with only partial binds and there was no airconditioning, so it was uncomfortably hot. The TV was tiny with no channels, and most of the shelves were missing from the fridge (reported but not sorted). The mosquitos inside need dealing with. On the Barns complex, the laneway to the Barn runs past overflowing rubbish bins.

The Barns are a business and check is via a different site to Air B&B. Gym and spa access is via a seperate app. All a bit fussy. The parking info is out of date, there's no parking outside the barn, its drop off only.

Loved our stay accommodation was of a good standard the surrounding was beautiful and quiet with great walks through the vineyards. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

A beautiful place, very clean. The hot tub and gym is in a separate building and you will need to book slots in to use this. Also if you want any treatments book asap as they get booked up.
